ISABELLE TERRACE

CHALLENGE: Maximize the build within a constrained space.

SOLUTION:

In the revitalized downtown Hillsboro there are a lot of moving parts to consider when planning an aggressive execution of a new 3 story, 30 unit apartment building. With a fresh, upscale and urban vibe, Isabelle Terrace is centrally located next to new Pacific University’s satellite campus and Tuality Hospital.

There were a lot of key stakeholders to align with, from longtime repeat architectural partner Doug Circosta, to the very accommodating and forthcoming City of Hillsboro. It was a big achievement to deliver on-time and on-budget for the project owner, Dragonwheel Investment Group, in their first venture in the Portland, Oregon market.

The project started 2/15/21 and finished exactly on schedule on 12/1/21. Despite a crazy pandemic world, Eichler Construction Group managed all the supply chain issues and any other perceived setbacks to build this incredible new space that not only maximizes its allotted footprint, but elevates the livability of downtown Hillsboro.
