CHALLENGE: Controlling costs and variables in a tight, high-traffic urban area.
SOLUTION:
In our first collaboration with our friends at Process Architecture and Design, we have kicked off the 2022 building season with a 4-story, 28-unit apartment building that is slated to finish in December 2022.
Complete with private garages on ground floor and a rooftop garden terrace, this footprint stretches from corner to corner of a small lot in downtown Hillsboro. The build includes modern Mass Plywood Panel construction and Post-Tensioned Slab construction.
